Dear Sir/Mam:

Greetings!

In adherence to the Division Memorandum No. 96 s.2024, a Division Festival of Talents with
the theme “Galing, Husay, at Talino ng mga Batang Makabansa sa Diwa ng Matatag na Adhika”
will be held at Mangatarem National High School, Mangatarem, Pangasinan on March 8, 2024,
from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In preparation for the said event, our learner-participants for the STEM Processes and Practices
Exhibition will have their practice/simulation on March 6-7, 2024.

We humbly ask your kind consideration in allowing the learners to be excused from their classes
during the scheduled practice/simulation until the competition day. Attached herewith is the list
of participants for your reference.
