add a bouncing movement to it as well and return to N.P. hands above your head.

When you dance/move when you don’t go from one point to another, you do your own
moves while you go to that point.

When you dance/move from 1 point to another straight with no other movements.

N.P. , legs apart, left leg back, right makes a step to the side. left comes to meet the right
and toes touch the ground heel lifted, right crosses the left in the back, left leg steps out,
right touches the left
What is 3 step turn?
Half a circle (in a spin kind of) another half a circle to the left , left foot toes tap the ground
by the right foot, then another half a circle (spin) as well as another half a circle to the right,
then right foot toes tap the ground near the left foot

N.P, jump to the side both feet touching then left leg to the back, jump to the other side and
the right leg goes behind and repeat

N.P, feet together, and then put your feet apart, and bend your knees your upper body
straight and u move in an up and down motion your hands swinging back and front as you
bounce.
What is V step?
N.P., Your both left and right foot together, then step forward in a diagonal form.
What is A step?
N.P., Your both left and right foot together, then step backwards in a diagonal form.
What is the ground turn?
N.P. , palms faced forward, change your weight from the right foot to the left foot, your
right leg sliding to the back and your knee bending, right hand going to the floor and you
bring you upper body down, you turn and sit on the floor, you cross the left over the right
leg, legs open to the ground, your left hand on the floor pushing you upwards, your hips
lifting up from the ground lifting yourself back to N.P.
Stretches
How to stretch your belly?
Stand up right.
Place your hands behind your waist.
Push your hips forwards.
Lean backwards.
Push your stomach outwards.
Hold this position for 30 seconds.
How to stretch your hands?
Place your hand palm-down on a table or other flat surface and gently straighten your
fingers as flat as you can. Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then switch hands.
how to stretch your legs?
Slide your right hand down your right leg, palm extended toward your
toes.
Grab your right foot with your right hand if you are capable. If not, stretch your hand as
far down your leg as it will go, and gently grasp your leg at your stopping point.
Reach your left hand over your head and down toward your right foot. Gently and
carefully try to turn your head toward the ceiling if you are comfortable doing so.
Hold this position for 4-5 deep breaths before slowly letting your left arm go, bringing up
your torso, and returning your legs to a neutral position.
Repeat with the other leg.
How to stretch your arms?
Raise 1 arm overhead and bend your elbow, dropping your forearm towards your ear and
your hand toward your upper back. Use your other arm to hold just above your bent elbow.
Pull gently until you feel a comfortable stretch.
