Dear Sir, Referring to the below mail, thanks for your silent response & your decision against

me! What I learn & understood form W & W within the days of my existence that W & W do not believe corporate coulter & business ethic. W & W deserve & willing to continue with those as follows, Merchandising: 1. W & W like to work with who have no proper ability to ready, write & talk in English. 2. Who wish to take low salary. 3. Who will be merchandiser but will act like a QC. (Present merchandiser). 4. Who do not have know the costing for the concern ground (example: present knit concern merchandiser) 5. Proper man is not in proper place. (Example: who have no knowledge about knit is working as a knit merchandising & earlier who had no woven idea was doing woven merchandising. One me was the proper concern). 6. I did explain you & Mr.Walther about my earlier salary range in front of Mr.Prem & you were agreed to increase the range but you finally did what you have planed from beginning. 7. W & W play roll with drama when need some one & when need is finish show the real face.(Example: when you need some one, you are wish to hand shake with him as you did with me also & same you are doing with others). 8. You know about my working knowledge & I am strongly aware about me but you are looking for poorest paid person to handle the concern matter. 9. W & W like those merchandiser who can take commission from factory to improve himself (this is happening in your present team & some are taking the benefit from their also). 10. In my days I have tried my best to perform the job with loyalty & did the matter efficiently but what I understood you do not believe honesty & efficiency. Also looking for poorest paid person for the concern matter. W & W motive with other office employee: 1. W & W bad practice has started when Mr.Subasis has left. W & W authority wishes to engage one concern person for another job (without paying any benefit) with the help of so called W & W country manager. (Example: commercial person is now turn to commercial + accounts + administration job). 2. Bad attitude & manner is shown to the peon, office cleaner, drivers especially from so called country manager. 3. As a human being W & W should treat & approach with the peon, office cleaner, and drivers. Country Manager: 1. W & W deserve & got the correct country manager as company strategy. 2. He doesnt have the idea in which count yarn has used in which gauge for sweaters. 3. He has no technical knowledge abut sweaters, only understand yarn shading (common people knowledge) 4. He is still following my costing format for sweaters. 5. He is very good to miss behave with all the office staff.

6. He is very much interested to put orders to Lankan factories to get his commission on respect. All the (credits) discredits goes to W & W authority. I believe today or tomorrow W & W will realize all the discredit & unethical decision against the office staff of W & W Bangladesh & will change the unethical strategy for the business. Dear Sir, W&W is your company and I believe I am not harmful for your company. Please do not disregard this mail in detail, many things are happening behind you & I believe you are not aware of those, pls dont trust me but check with others like Prativa, Mr.Prem & so on. All the hide & sick matters is created by Mr.Suranga & Mr.Thushara. Attitude of Mr.Suranga & Mr.Shushara about me: Suranga & Thushra both are friend. From the starting Mr.Thushara did not like Mr.Prem & Thushara dont want to share any office related issue & Suranga also follow the same. As you advice me especially for Lee Cooper that Mr.Prem will be key decision making person for related program in absence of you. I followed this & time to time I shared & informed all the production related issue with Mr.Prem & Suranga / Thushara never like this to share & the sweater QC also share all the detail with Mr.Prem as per my advice. Thushara/Suranga knows this very well & they dont like to do this (as reason they dont like me & QC ever). At the last inspection Thushara told the QC not to give me any update & final packing but the QC did not listen to him as a result first they decide how to terminate the QC & show some fault in front of you and so that you will be agreed to terminate the QC. In the below I explain how this has happen. And now I am the next target. I believe Mr.Suranga trying to manage some complain issue about me so that you can take their desire step against me. Again I am telling I am not harmful for your company. I am very conscious about my job. In our office no one (office peon, maid, driver, office staff) like Suranga. He doesnt know office acetate & he has learned only bad attitude with others. This is not a good human symptom. Inspection issue: Mr.Thushra did inspection first for Lee Cooper 100% Acrylic cashmere like (piece dyed) program & he gave the inspection report to the factory that 4 color goods are ok & only black color need to rectify but finally when you were in the factory & found the goods are not ok. So, this is the quality of our QC manager & same thing has happen when he himself inspection 100% Cashmere goods for Yongtai (Buyer has given claim on that). So, is our quality managers quality is ok? QC issue:

The day you call the sweater QC-Momin to come office to meet with you, Thushra was aware of this very well but he told QC to go Padma factory because Thushara wants to save himself & informed to Mr.Prem all about. When you were in the office meeting room & asked about the QC, that time Suranga phoned the QC Momin asked why he has not come to office? That time Thushara was with QC & take QCs phone & talk with Suranga of his own language and finally Suranga informed you the QC is in Padma factory & will not come office. This is the truth. GEMO Price & Sample: I did taka price from factories Padma Sweater, Posmi Sweater, Valmont Sweater, Trand Force & one lanka factory Panasia, one broker Mr.Ansari (as advice Mr.Suranga). I gave all the detail price to Mr.Suranga but every time he is only chasing the lankan factory Panasia to place the order, even he told the lowest price to Panasia but most of the time they are unable to meet. Why this kind of helpful mind only for Panasia? Trand force has given the lowest price for the piece dyed program but he trying not to place the order in Trand Force. All day long he is talking with lankan people & also meeting is happening in Thushara room along with Suranga. I am arranging all samples from Posmi, Trand Force, Valmont & Padma. But I was requested Mr.Suranga to take the sample from Panasia but he informed that they are not meeting the price. But he insists to make sample from other factories & I am doing this. But for a single time he has not talk with those factories as he is taking all day long with lankan factories. All the styling technical matters & issues I am discussing & keeping follow-up with factories but getting no help & involvement, moreover Suranga were pressuring & said you need to arrange all this of your own & I am doing as well. Mr.Surangas all the bad behavior with me is intentional & pre-planned because if I stay in W&W Thushara & Suranga are facing problem to develop their own business through W&W. Dear Sir, you are the big business man & you can understand very well what is happening & why Mr.Suranga has insisted you to terminate me! I still believe this is not your decision & I am not harmful for your company. I can assure you one thing I want to continue with your company & expect the prospect of your company future.
