company persuant to Section 9 of our Contract to Sell.It was stated that , viz:
“ The BUYER/S SHALL insure the subject property against risks such as fire, earthquake, flood and the
like, including SALES/MORTGAGE REDEMPTION INSURANCE upon signing of herein Contract. Said
requirement may be secured by the SELLER for the BUYER/S with the premiums and related expenses to
be shouldered by the latter. In any event, the SELLER shall be free from any liability or responsibility in the
event said insurance is not secured before the occurrence of the incident or risk supposedly covered by the
insurance.”
Clearly, The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damageo of your acquired property in case of
fortuitus event or risk that could have been covered by an insurance if secured.
In case you will be interested to secure the SALES/ MORTGAGE REDEMPTION INSURANCE from the
insurance provider of the company which provide for the following annual premium, You may communicate this
matter with us.
Your sample annual premiums are as follows:
Sales Redemption Insurance:
Start November 15, 2021 and Renew every October 15 starting 2022 Php. 9,256.99 / annual
Fire Insurance ( to be paid upon acceptance of the unit)
