Objective: Understand different aspects of advertising to brainstorm your own

advert ideas.

Music
McDonald's used the jingle "I'm Lovin' It" in their ads to create a memorable and
catchy tune. This jingle is simple and easy to remember, which helps people recall
the brand when they hear it. The upbeat music and positive message make the
jingle enjoyable and fun. For many people, especially teenagers, this jingle creates
a sense of happiness and makes them think of McDonald's in a positive way. The
use of memorable tunes in advertising helps to build a strong connection with the
audience.

Slogans

powerful visuals emphasized authenticity and self-esteem. This approach
resonated strongly with teenagers who often face pressure about their
appearance.

the Yeezy sneaker line. Kanye West is very popular among teenagers because of
his music and fashion influence. By teaming up with him, Adidas was able to
connect with teenage culture and trends. This partnership made the sneakers
very desirable and trendy. The association with a famous person like Kanye West

There are various ways companies can advertise their products. Each type of ad
reaches people in different ways:

TV Ad: A commercial on television can show the product in action and explain
its benefits. It reaches a wide audience and can be very memorable.

Post on Instagram: Companies use Instagram to share pictures and videos of

their products. This type of ad can be interactive and is often seen by younger
people who spend time on social media.

Influencer’s Recommendation: When a popular influencer talks about a

product, their followers might trust their opinion. This type of ad relies on the
influencer’s credibility and reach.

Billboard: A large billboard on the side of the road displays ads to people
