HS03-6.022 Spill Kit Inventory Checklist
Indicate the actual quantity of each item in the spill kit. For items not requiring a quantity, indicate that they have been reviewed by placing a checkmark.
Inform supervisor/designate immediately if an item is below the minimum quantity. If an item is not applicable to the area, write N/A in place of
a quantity. At minimum, the spill kit must be checked every 3 months. Initial and date once the spill kit has been reviewed.
Minimum Quantity is the smallest amount of materials to treat the largest amount of a chemical or biological substance handled at one time.
