BRIEF BACKGROUND
OFFSHORE CREDIT SUPPORT is a Cebu based outsourcing company
that is conceived and motivated to provide solutions in the areas of credit
risk management and debt recovery, rendered to support customer’s
changing business needs and growth ambitions.
To serve a wide range of clientele and to various functions and tasks,
OFFSHORE CREDIT SUPPORT offers three major products, as follows.
1. DATA INTELLIGENCE
We conduct field verification on credit data and employment information
requirements. Our well-trained data researchers facilitate the extractions
with unbiased, discreet and professionalism bearing.
2. CREDIT INTELLIGENCE
We provide comprehensive credit report encompassing, business viability,
detailed insights, risk assessment, industry outlook and management
competence leveling to arrive at faster and better credit decision.
3. ASSETS DE-LEVER
We help in debt collection and recovery of client’s non-performing assets
adapting a search and disposal method.
We also assist in Chattel and Real Estate documents processing that
covers annotation, transfer of ownership, vehicle LTO registration &
renewal, cancellation of REM and facilitation of tax declaration/clearance.
Operating primarily within Metro Cebu and province, we have satellite
stations and correspondents as well in NCR, Bicol region, Central &
Western Visayas, Southern and Northern Mindanao regions

specific business challenge, thus, we examine and study customer’s
values and principles, innovative application of technology (real time
status and view pending process thru online portal) and high performance
standards that the industry demands, assembled to create customer
confidence.
Our IT system is line with maintaining the highest levels of data and
information protection.
Registered on October 26, 2018 in the Securities Exchange Commission
with an authorized capitalization of P10.0M.
OWNERSHIP/TEAM
The top management has an accumulative experience of 40 years in
credit risk, loan management, credit monitoring and human relations. They
are composed of the following.
Hector T. Mantua, Founder & CEO is 52 years old and a graduate of AB
Economics at University of San Carlos. He started his banking career at
Planters Dev’t Bank – Makati in 1993 and moved back to his native place
in Cebu and joined PCI Leasing and Finance in 1995. Began his middle
management position when he worked at Asian Bank as branch head. His
last job stint was with First Standard Finance Corp. as Regional Head –
Visayas and Mindanao overseeing 14 branches and 21 business centers.
Dexter R. Ronquillo, Director has 20 years experience in the banking and
finance sector which included stints at Accord Bank, First Standard
Finance Corp. and B2B Finance as General Manager.
Atty. Renato Maamo, Director, is a practicing lawyer who is also a legal
counsel/retainer to several banks and financing companies in Cebu. He
has background in human resources and labor relations as HR manager
to a garment manufacturing firm in the early part of his career.
