Project Title: Smart Home IT Project
Project Purpose:
To design and implement a Smart Home system that integrates various technologies to
enhance the convenience, security, and energy efficiency of a residential environment. The
system will automate home functions, provide remote control via mobile devices, and offer
intelligent analytics to improve the quality of life for homeowners.
Project Objectives:
1. Automation: Develop a system to automate key home functions such as lighting, heating,
cooling, and security.
2. Remote Control: Implement a user-friendly mobile application to allow homeowners to
control home devices remotely.
3. Security: Integrate sensors and cameras to monitor and enhance home security, including
alert systems for unauthorized access.
4. Energy Efficiency: Create mechanisms to monitor and optimize energy usage, contributing
to cost savings and environmental benefits.
5. User Experience: Ensure the system is intuitive and accessible, providing a seamless
experience for users of all technical levels.
Project Scope:
Scope:
• Development of a central control system for home automation.
• Integration of smart devices (e.g., lights, thermostats, locks, cameras).
• Creation of a mobile application for device control and monitoring.
• Installation and configuration of sensors for security and energy management.
• Testing and validation of system functionality and user interface.
