THE Material:
PROJECT(OBJECTIVES) • Construction requirement include bricks, steel, cement,
sand tiles etc.
• Smart Home automation makes life easier by getting the
work done by voice control, remote control, tablet, app or
smart phone.
• The type of wiring e.g.: hardwire, wireless, hybrid.
Labor:
• Labor is required for installation and activation of
software programs, transceiver, triggers, and user
interface.
• Labor required for construction.
LIMITATIONS(RISK) • Power outages (leading delay in timeline)  High cost of
installation of automation.
• Unskilled labor.
• Increase in labor and material cost.
• Not meeting quality criteria.
TIME ANALYSIS • Time required for construction of 5 Marla house is around
180 days.
• The estimated time required for installation of smart
house is about two to three weeks. Depending upon the
number and type of devices that we need to install.
COST ANALYSIS • The cost of construction of 5 Marla house grey structure
is Rs.2363150.
• Total cost of finishing is Rs.2231575.
• The cost of installation of smart house installation system
ranges from $675-$3500 depending on the requirement
and type of wiring.(Hardwire, Wireless, Hybrid)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project which our company opted for is unique in its nature whose output is “a fully
constructed and installed Smart Home” which will cater the advanced needs or scope of our
Customer’s requirements. Digital application could be installed along with censors and wireless
advanced systems (mechanisms). One can easily save their time in doing different household tasks
just at one click. There will be wireless wiring and 3D wallpaper and flooring. Our digital graphics
team will work closely in coordination with our engineers to bring up the best possible results in
maintaining under time, cost and scope (quality) of this project. LED and LRD systems will be
installed for lighting and ceiling.
