We CARE will is a mobile application that will act as the client’s internal project
manager that will provide quotation and estimates to project owners and assist
them in quality assurance and in quality control of both materials and labor. The
project owner will be asked to input their desired theme, budget, number of rooms,
toilet and fixture and lighting, the application will then propose a registered
architect that would contact them and ask schedule for appointment. After
deliberations with the designs the architect will assign designs to structural
engineer, interior designer, mechanical, electrical engineer for the MEPF’s

 designs. After the designs are approved by the owner the application will act as a
monitoring tool for the client to check if the contractor is on or behind schedule.
In construction projects we find out that there are plenty of first-time home
owners that are being tricked and deceived by construction contractors, in order to
solve this we came up with the WeCare app. This will be beneficial for both the
contractor and the project owner, best to protect both of their interest. When the
project owner is not satisfied and was disappointed at the work done by the
contractor they could give him a bad review. Bad review will result to a loss of point
that will decrease chances of getting accounts. The application has a feature that
you need to maintain at least a certain number of stars for you to be referred by
the application.

We Care signs partnership with companies that provide quality products that would
be delivered on time.

o Ready mix concrete and pumpcrete supplier

§ The design would agree to certain psi level of the concrete, this will
assure the quality of the cement that would be poured to structure.

o Hardware company
§ They will provide materials for cement, gravel and sand with varying
grades depending on the designs. They will also be in charge of the
paint both inside and outside of the house, they will make sure the
proper ratio of paint. Toilet and bath supplies will be available and
also regulated approved wires.

 o Furniture shop
§ The furniture shop will provide the application with its current line-up
of furniture, the project owner can choose from its wide array of
customized furniture.

• Product Partner Range/Brands

The application will be available in both android and IOS devices which can
be downloaded in Play Store and Apple Store respectively. The application will be
the owners internal project manager and will monitor the progress of the project.

in your own home.

Descriptive Definition of the Product

• Need
The internal project manager is a very vital role and specialized hence it
doesn’t come cheap, when we pursue its digitalization many project owners would
benefit from it since the system is incorruptible, it will follow the requirement and
will has no emotion over the project.
The application will be responsible for keeping a close eye on the
construction budget. That involves closely monitoring if or when a particular trade
is out of sync with the budget, and making adjustments before the close of the
project. This application will be on the side of the project owner who looks out for
his financial interests and communicates with him to report and discuss any
overages. In construction, things often take longer and cost more than originally
planned, so having a digitalized project manager with good communication
programs is a real plus.

We CARE can ride the government’s initiative of build, build, build and we
at we CARE believed that it is still the best strategy for providing jobs to people

still pursue construction projects even though whole world is experiencing global

technology project management systems.

The application will provide the project owner with his own virtual
project manager, it will be in charge of monitoring the progress of the
project. It will also be in charge of matching jobs to requirements, it will
ensure that materials will be on site when needed. The application will

WeCare project management application will get its revenue from:
a. Subscription Revenue– by helping our key partner to target our client
base, that they would acquire certain niche information that will able them
to design and provide quality construction materials and services. The
subscribed project owner will heard it first in WeCare on the latest
innovation in Construction materials and will able to buy it before anyone
else.

 b. Featured listing/Advertisement – WeCare will bid to key partners who
want their product to stand out. Key partners can appear on key section
of the WeCare app.
c. Project Commission – the company will charge the project owner a total
cost of 1.5% of the total construction cost.

The usual industry practice for the cost of project manager in the Philippines
is usually around 3-5%, for example if the total construction cost is 40 million pesos
the commission of the project manager will be between 1.2-2 million pesos and
sometimes it could be more when corrupted by your contractor if they bride your
internal project manager to cover some mishaps. Usually the duration for a 40
million project will be 12 months but can be finished earliest by 8 months, divide
the commission and the profit of the project manager per month would be between
100-166 thousand pesos.

But the WeCare application will only cost you 1.5% of the total project cost,
to use our 40 million example the application will only profit 600 thousand pesos
that will be finished in 8 months. In case the project contractor chooses to not
disclose some mishaps the application will advise the project owner to contact the
lawyer for fines and legal implications.

o 25 – 35 years old, these are single male or female that would like to
experience being independent. Income brackets between one hundred
thousand monthly to two hundred thousand pesos. Their go to design is
usually condos because of the lifestyle, they love urban living and these age
brackets are always on the go. You would always spot them doing shopping
and dine out with their friends and family.
o 35 – 45 years old, these are the age bracket that would probably plan having
a family. Their usual design would include a baby room and a preparation
room for at least 2 additional members of the family.
o 45 – 65 years old, these are the age bracket that are planning to retire and
the design usually for these types have wider hallway and ramps. The
masters bedroom will be located at the ground floor and the toilet and bath
will commonly have hand rails and are wider.

o These are the people that their rent cost is almost the same as paying
mortgage so they finally decide that it’s better to own than to rent.

• Lived with relatives and family

o In the Philippines people exercise living in compounds with their relatives
and family. The problem with these is that you cannot do anything that your
family would not find out, people who decide to build their house usually
want privacy and
