Road repair method statement.

1. Pre job briefing for the team members.


2. Mobilizing team and equipment to the work site(Team of X, Plate
compactor, Mini excavator for leveling the metal sand, jumping jack
wacker, shovels and mamoty )
3. ABC metal chips to be brought to the job site and unloaded from a
tipper truck ( 3 cubic meter).
4. Barricading the area.
5. ABC metal chips to be leveled by the mini excavator leveler.
6. ABC metal chips to be compacted by the jumping jack wacker.
7. Shoveling in more ABC for the places where it needs to be leveled after
compaction and recompacting.
8. Leveling and compacting with the plate compactor to create a smooth
finish.
9. Cleaning the surrounding area.
10. Demobilizing equipment.
11. Removing barricades.
12. Demobilizing the team.

Safety equipment
1. Basic PPE of safety glass had hat, gloves, and safety shoes to be worn
by every team member.
2. Hi-visibility straps to be worn by the mini excavator operator.
3. Barricading tape to be used.
