Company mandoop must also be with you when applying and receiving istimara. [Report Abuse] All Engineers are eligible for Driving Licence in Kuwait. No need of home country Driving Licence also. Contact ur mandoop for more info. [Report Abuse]

@Reply I was in kuwait 4 years continusly in previous company and then I cancelled my visa gone to india and came back 7 month before in a new 18 visa [Report Abuse]
