a Salary is Negotiable and can be discussed during an interview a Excellent Letters of customer and employer satisfaction available upon request Starting out at a young age, in 1978 working for General Motors Corporation, whe re within the first year I excelled through several positions. By the end of my first year, I was a managing Foreman of 35 employees. Continuing to excel throug hout the years, before leaving General Motors, I was a sixth level production su pervisor, in charge of 275 employees covering approximately one and one half mil es of production conveyor. In 1986 I decided to try my hand at running my own business. I purchased my firs t of three Dry Cleaning stores and again proved my abilities to manage employees and all phases of running a retail establishment. This first 5000 square foot s tore was totally renovated with new ideas, enthusiastic employees, excellent qua lity of workmanship and most important 100% total satisfaction of my customers. The first store was sold in a short period for 155% more than I paid. My next two stores ran a similar pattern, creating an envy among my competitors, who would question my secret on taking run down retail stores and making them b ecome competition to them.

In 1991 I moved to Maryland. I quickly grabbed a job as a car salesman. Well, before long the company was moving me around testing my abilities by having me s ell various brands. I quickly became known as an exemplary sales person among ma nagement. Achieving atop sales persona many times for many consecutive months. By 1993 they had promoted me to the financial and leasing department where I con tinued to excel. Then in 1995 I was moved to the Service Department. Where I co ntinued to achieve the highest levels of sales and customer satisfaction. As a baseball player tries different teams, I too tried different companies. Fr om 1997 through 2005 I have managed several companies and have documentation to show where I have increased gross sales and customer satisfaction. I have even t aken retail business that were doing very good in sales and brought them to new levels. In one business I took sales from 870,000. to 1.3ml in one year. In 2005 I again decided to purchase run down businesses and rejuvenate them. Af ter rejuvenating their physical appearance I would reorganize and structure a pl an to increase gross profits. Once profits were up I would sell these stores as a turn-key operation. I would also stay with the buyers to demonstrate how to ha ve continued success. In summary I thrive on finding situations where I can bring my input to a compan y and make all things better. I have gained complete satisfaction from taking ma ny businesses that were failing and not making ends meet and turning them into p rofitable businesses with strong cash flow. I enjoy demonstrating to employees t he benefits to performing their job task to the highest level achieving pride in workmanship. I also most definitely enjoy the satisfaction achieved by keeping the customers happy and keeping them returning to where their expectations are e xceeded. Although I pride myself on my accomplishments of making change happen, I am also very adaptable in following previous proven track methods of other companies an d am willing to follow with your company as well. I would love the opportunity to accept a position within your company where I co uld demonstrate my skills and train employees so your customers are totally sati sfied, while profits continue to reach levels you never thought imaginable.
