ACTIVITY: NETWORKING
Note: This activity can be used with fellow participants once face-to-face classes
resume. For now, try this out with family/household members.
Prepare your networking script below. Look at the sample as a reference.
SAMPLE NETWORKING SCRIPT:
“My name is John. I have more than 5 years of experience as a warehouse
worker. I have a Forklift Operator License and a First Aid certificate. I am good at
shipping, receiving and inventory management.”
“Do you know anyone in warehousing?”
“How about you, tell me about yourself.”

Part 1 For the next 20 minutes, introduce yourself to the other participants in
the workshop. Introduce yourself to them.
Get everyone’s name and job objective
Write the information down on the table found on the next page.
Take note of the names and contact numbers of people they know
that can refer you to a Hiring Manager.

would at a Job Fair.
