10/10/2024 CITIZEN ---> THE CARGOES PROTRUDES AND RECESSED 10CM FROM A SIDE
Clean Cargo Receipt Issued and signed by Sumitomo warehouse. The main issue should be
this specific pallet can only play 2 belts, it may feature recessed from a side during the delivery.
We suggest to use other pallets can play 4 belts and wrap it tightly to prevent it happening again.

Warehosue staff cannot find out the damage due to the plastic film too thick and the damaged
area behind the belt, they have to remove the film and the belt to find out the damage.

22/10/2024 PC PARTNER --->PRINTED WRONG CASE MARK & SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER
Warehouse forgot to copy the contents of the case mark, it caused an error.
They will use Excel to set the formula in the future. In addition, they will double check
the document before the order pass to warehouse staff to avoid mistakes and omissions.

Inbound LCL shipment by CHARTER LINK - ETA 22 OCT #024090059(NANFU) //BL#FHKG241007108//
The driver picked up the cargo from charter link warehouse, the driver had
not found the damage cargo, due to the film too thick and covered the whole
pallet. After they broke the plastic film in the warehouse, they found 9 ctns

and cargo conditions carefully. If any problems during pick up the cargo, they
