WORKING EXPERIENCE:
February 2020 – October 2020 served as Team leader with Beyond Logistics Ltd (Powertrust) on the Cold Chain
Optimization Project Under the Ministry of Health.
• With my team, we installed over 100 vaccine solar fridges out of 996 Haier solar Vaccine Fridges supplied in
different health centre III, in 4 regions of the country including Karamoja and West Nile.
• Coordinated with all stake holders of the project like District Cold Chain Technicians (DCCT’s) District Health
officers (DHO), Health Facility In-Charge and my Supervisors to confirm installations are done on standard and
on schedule.
2019 to date, Part time Technical Consultant at Powah limited Kampala
• Conducting solar training to solar companies like Code Uganda Ltd Kasese and SolarToday (U) Ltd Mbarara
• Developing training Manuals in solar and PayGo modules.
• Designing and installing power back-up systems and Integrated street lights.

April 2014- June 2016 Worked as Individual End user Auditor on the just concluded Energy for Rural Transformation
(PVTMA) project phase II Under Rural Electrification Agency (REA)
Duties:
• Providing solar Audits at the End-user level and providing a detailed report for every client visited, with the help
of GPS and other tools throughout the country.
• Training clients on the proper use and basic maintenance of their solar systems.
• Providing a detailed analysis of how participating private Companies undertook their work in the field.
June 2009 – March 2014 worked with Rural Energy Foundation( REF) (currently registered as SolarNow Services U Ltd
as a technical Consultant.
• Duties:
• Head of Engineering Department 2014.
• Marketed, sold , installed solar systems and training End-users plus running the pay plan programme (Energy
Financing) as a branch manager for Mukono in 2013
• Worked as a logistics manager for a year 2012
• As a technical consultant I trained technicians’ proper working methods in sizing and maintenance of solar
systems. And customizing documents like installation reports, user guides, and installation manuals for the
organization to suite our products
• Installing of Pico hydro system in western Uganda (200W) Kabalore district in 2010.
• Representing the organization in both national and international Conferences and Expo, like the famous annual
Energy Week organized by Ministry of Energy, Sustainable Access to Sustainable Energy in Moshi Tanzania and
lighting Africa in Nairobi both in 2010.
2009 worked as a technician at Solar Energy (U) Ltd Wilson Road Kampala and later posted to Mbarara as branch
Manager.
Duties:
• Marketing,Installed and supervised all technical work of Solar systems under my jurisdiction
• Tested new products, repaired broken components of all new and used products.
• Sizing solar systems and power back- up systems.
2008 worked as Maintenance officer at Lake Victoria Hotel, Entebbe in the Maintenance Department.

• Routinely check the performance of all electrical appliances at the hotel like Air conditioners, coolers
Television screens, network and others.
• Installing newly acquired appliance at the premises and reporting to my superiors.
