Profile
Enanie Nuwahabwe is an Industrial Engineer with over five years’ experience and versatility in
industrial/manufacturing settings. He is a hands-on industrial Engineer in preventive and overhaul
maintenance hence driving improvement across the plant in terms of hygiene, quality and performance. His
ambition is to improve plant OEE through his innovative ideas.

Nile Breweries Limited (Dec 2018 to date)
Currently working with Nile Breweries Limited Jinja Plant as a Shift process Operator.
Essential roles;
• Interpret and implement production plan and work towards achieving more than 6% of the planned
volume.
• Execute Maintenance and repair across packaging in both low and high care environment.
• Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Improve OEE in packaging.
• Deliver on uptime and maintenance KPI’s through planned, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Attend to breakdowns with rapid response to minimize downtime.
• Complete problem solving during every shift with abnormality reports.
• Maintaining equipment in safe working conditions and adhere to technical procedures and GMP.
National Water and Sewerage Corporation (June 2018-November 2018)
Six months Graduate training at Luzira branch and bugolobi sewage plant.
Essential roles;
• Participated actively in sedimentation tank maintenance, sprinkler servicing which included replace
ment of several parts and conveyor preventive maintenance.
• Led the team in generator maintenance and servicing for all sewage boosters.
• Unlocked at least a suppressed account every day for the three months I was at Luzira branch leadi
ng to more branch revenue collection and customer satisfaction.
• Worked closely with the branch engineer to timely close area leakages and repairs making Luzira br
anch the fastest to customer response.
• Involved in meter auditing to remove obsolete and uncalibrated meters hence reducing on water w
astage and customer complaints.
Mantrac/Delta industrial equipment limited (Feb 2016 to May 2016)
Four months as an industrial trainee at Mantrac Uganda limited where a wide range of technical knowledg
e and practical skills on specific Caterpillar and Perkins equipment.
Essential roles;
• Spearheaded pre delivery inspections on new generators and heavy equipment engines.
• Carried out generator inspections and servicing which includes parts replacement for major custom
ers including Century bottling company, Makerere university, several embassies, Banks to mention
but a few.
