lead or successor.
Phase 2: Execution Day 6-15
- Finalize pending deliverables and submit them to PPD
leadership.
- Submit the formal transition memo summarizing
handover details.
- Familiarize yourself with PRDD mandate, structure,
and workflows.
- Meet with GASS leadership to align on expectations.
Phase 3: Onboarding Day 16-20
- Schedule and hold an initial meeting with the PRDD
team.
- Review team roles, ongoing projects, and challenges.
- Develop and communicate a short-term work plan for
PRDD (next 3 months).
- Conduct individual consultations with PRDD team
members to build rapport and understand their needs.
Phase 4: Leadership Day 21-30
- Begin implementing quick wins (e.g., process
improvements, clearer task assignments).
- Prepare for a formal introduction of PRDD to
stakeholders and outline strategic priorities.
