Dear Sir: Being a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I wish to apply as a staff nurse in your prestigious hospital. I am Mia Bianca C. Baril, 24 years of age and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing of Filamer Christian College Batch 2008. I passed the Nurses Licensure Examination last June 2008. I also worked as a volunteer nurse at Capiz Doctor s Hospital for nine months from May 2, 2010February 12, 2011 and assigned at OB Ward, Pediatric Ward, Private Rooms and Emergency Rooms. Presently, I am assigned at the Department of Health (RN Heals Project) from February 13, 2011-February 13, 2012. I was assigned at Mambusao District Hospital from February 13, 2011August 12, 2011 and exposed at the Medical Ward, Pediatric Ward, Isolation Ward and ICU and presently I am assigned at Sapian Rural Health Unit. This project focuses on a job equivalent to Public Health Nurse and a Staff Nurse with focus on Health education and communication, Public health program implementation, Nursing care services related to MNCHN strategies, Safe and quality nursing care and ethico-moral, legal and documentation/reporting responsibilities.
