I am Kim Rose S. Ebol, a registered nurse, and a graduate of Master in Nursing major in
Maternal and Child Nursing at Misamis University, Ozamis City. I graduated my Bachelor of
Science in Nursing at Mindanao State University-Main, Marawi City with a full scholarship
granted by the Development Bank of the Philippines Endowment Education Program.

I am writing to apply for the position of NURSE II under the PUBLIC HEALTH
ASSOCIATE PROGRAM. I have 5 years of proven experience in providing quality health care
both in community and hospital settings. I believe that my clinical and community-based
experiences have shaped me to be more responsible and service-oriented professional. I have the
