PERSONAL SUMMARY

A self-motivated registered assistant health nurse (community health nurse) who is able to
accomplish all assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision. Joseph has extensive
knowledge of basic nursing procedures and as a true professional will always demonstrate
compassion, dignity and respect when looking after his client and patients. He is in good
physical and mental shape and is more than able to take care of the day-to-day needs of people
under his jurisdiction. He is neat, kind and have passion for the job by assisting client reach
his/her maximum health. Joseph is a devoted Christian, who love to share the world of God with
his/her client to acquire and maintain positive social and moral values. He has experience of
looking after both adults, aged, disables, orphans and children in diverse locations such as
community based health planning services (CHPS), Health centers, hospitals and home cares.

In April 2022, I had my first promotion to the grade of senior community health nurse and I was
officially graded as senior community health nurse in 2023.
In 2023 I had a special award from sekyere east district health directorate in recognition of my
bravery, loyal service and diligence at Motokrodua CHPS Health center.

CLINICAL AND WORKING EXPERIENCE

In April 2019 ,I had my first appointment with Ghana health service and I worked in effiduasi
government hospital from 2019 and currently am working in Motokrodua CHPS health center
as an in-charge of Reproductive and child health care department in Motokrodua CHPS health
center.
In January 2014, I had my first clinical experience at Old-tafo government hospital within the
public health department.

In June 2015, I proceeded my clinical experience at Trinity hospitals within Old-tafo municipal
within the ward and out-patient department.

In January 2016, I had my last clinical experience at Mamponteng health center within the
obstetric and reproductive and child health department.
