Statement of Purpose

 I grew up in Saudi Arabia, where I learned the importance of community, family loyalty, compassion,
and honesty. It also taught me that all worthwhile endeavors require hard work and patience.
However, I am now a registered nurse. Throughout my academic education, I was able to show
quality and average performance, which I hope to continue by continuing my master's degree in
nursing. I can fit online studies into my schedule, so I can turn in my homework on time. My nursing
journey has taken steps that have worked well for me. I started as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and in
2019, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and earned my Registered Nurse (RN) degree. I
am currently working at the Royal Commission Medical Center, which has improved and expanded
my knowledge over the past two years to manage and care for critically ill patients in the women's
ward. I also had the opportunity to work with Yaribu National Hospital, where I was part of the team,
so I had a direct role in providing emergency care and patient management. That is why I see myself
in the role of Family Nurse Practitioner.

My goal is not only to improve care for my patients but also to provide care to all health centers
around the world. Therefore, earning my Masters of Nursing from your University can be challenging
and intense, but it has the lifelong rewards of a career that has meaning and value to the public and
me. I chose your program because of your excellent academic reputation, your commitment to
current and future research, and your dedication to educating providers who serve the community.
My goal is to be able to provide quality care to patients around the world, especially in my home
country. I also understand that a nurse practitioner program offers a variety of specializations and
many opportunities for advancement. Therefore, through this course, I will be able to acquire more
skills in health policy, advanced concepts in pharmacology, health ethics, theory and practice, and
clinical practice. I feel that I am ready to thrive mentally, financially, and academically in your
program and that, I have the skills needed to excel.
