You are newly appointed as HRD Manager in A&A Company, and your immediate assignment is to revise the existing training method. Currently, the company is using on-the-job training (OJT) approach in delivering a training program. Should the existing method remain unchanged or would you develop new ones? Give recommendations and justify. (20 marks)

You are newly appointed as HRD Manager in ABC Company, and your immediate assignment is to determine whether to design an HRD program internally or externally (purchase) it from an outside training provider. Analyze the factors to consider before purchasing an HRD program. (20 marks)
