Dear Tenant,

We have received a notice that you end the rental agreement and soon will leave
your house. We hope you have had a nice stay at the property.

Before leaving the property, one of our employees will accompany you to inspect the
property. With this letter we want to let you know what matters we are watching
during the final inspection. We try to prevent misunderstandings and assume that the
final inspection is just a formality.

Firstly, the property must be delivered in the same way as you received the property
when you moved in. Keep in mind that the moment of the final inspection is the last
time you are in the house and that the house is completely empty and cleaned.
Personal items or items not present at the property during check-in must be
removed.

The next points will have our attention when you move out the property;
√ The living room and bedrooms are checked for ware and tare
√ Floors, walls and ceilings are inspected for scratches and stains
√ Drilling holes needed to be repaired and painted
√ The kitchen cabinets must be cleaned
√ The oven, extractor hood and stove should be cleaned
√ The extractor hood filters must be cleaned or replaced
√ Refrigerator needs to be cleaned also refrigerator-door rubbers (Figure A)
√ Defrost freezer - ice-free
√ The garden and other outdoor areas are clean and tidy
√ Clean the dishwasher's filter (Figure B)
√ Clean the dryer filter (Figure C)
√ Empty the condensate reservoir (Figure D)
√ The washing machine must be cleaned
√ Clean the bathroom, mold free
√ All lamps in and around the house should work
√ Window decoration should be cleaned
√ Remote controls of, for example, sun protection/ blinds must be present

Finally, we would like to take all the keys and if present, passes from parking areas,
garages and garbage bins etc.
