What would make you a good fit for this role:
REQUIREMENTS:
Year of experience: 5 to 9 years prior to ISB.
Strong desire to build technology enabled software solutions for business value creation.
Goal and outcome driven with a consulting and product centric (building to last) mindset.
Good communication skills to convey messages to different types of leadership and user groups.
Multi-lingual capabilities - Highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
The role will be based in Gurgaon and requires to be in office all days.
Experience in building startups and other business will be desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Leadership:
Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives within the BFSI domain.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with
stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Team Coordination:
Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams, including developers,
analysts, and subject matter experts.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and
stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure
successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas
for improvement.
Process Improvement:
Implement and promote best practices for projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and
effectiveness.
