Property Management will be contacting them to conduct a quick tenant verification. Most

Or when you are in the process of doing so and you are still having trouble getting the document/s, you
may call Celeste/Elaine, and they will surely have a solution for you. I will give you their extension/s, let

|Our Ideal minimum credit score should be 550. But we can still consider at least 500 for a double
deposit, but that will be subject for management’s approval. On the other hand, you might wanna
consider getting a cosigner instead.
