I am here to make this rental process go as smoothly as possible, so please take 10 minutes to

read this entire document carefully!

As you already know, my property is fully furnished, fully equipped, ready for immediate
occupancy and I will offer you the opportunity to do a personal inspection before renting it.
Do you think a 2 day inspection period will be enough?
• All utility bills will be automatically redirected to me in Berlin.
• Everything is as described, but if anything breaks after you move in, you are responsible
and the cost of repairs will be deducted from your rent. There are no extra costs for you!
• I would like to receive the money monthly in my bank account and I hope it will not be a
problem to transfer the money to it.
The rental process will be handled quickly and safely by one of Germany's best private freight
transport and logistics companies (166 years of experience), a world-renowned delivery
company, a full-service international forwarder, specialized in the transport of commercial goods
from and to Germany by air and ocean, (door to door service).
I have used this company many times (they brought all my stuff here) and have found them to
be helpful, courteous, efficient and on time. I never had a problem!

STEP # 2

With your data, I will go to the company's office and put the keys in my possession to start the
process. As soon as everything is finalized from my end, you will be contacted by their team at
your email address with all the information.

By using the company, we will involve three parties: me as the owner - you as the potential
tenant and Hartmann as the responsible third party authorized to manage this transaction. They
will act as a middle man between us. In addition, their considerable experience ensures that they
are familiar with the best routes and familiar with transit requirements. Your package will reach
its destination on time and in perfect condition, without any risk or hassle.

STEP # 3
Most private landlords require you to pay at least the first month's rent + bond in advance. Some
landlords will ask for 2 months rent in advance or more... There is no legal limit to the number of
monthly payments in advance you can be charged.
A small deposit (fully refundable) which is often called 'earnest money' will be required to
show that your offer is serious, but this deposit will be deducted from the first month's rent when
you physically move in.
You are only required to deposit one week's rent into Hartmann's account within 12-24 hours
to complete the transaction and confirm your application.
Just to clarify, they do NOT release the funds without your approval, so I will only receive this
deposit if you decide to keep it!

STEP # 4

Upon confirmation of payment, the keys and rental contract are automatically sent to your
address. Everything will be done through Hartmann | International Air Freight in 24-48 hours |
Door-to-Door;

STEP # 5

• Once you have received the package, you will have access to inspect the property, (2
days);

• After the inspection period is over, you will need to submit your response;

• If you decide to stay you must provide them with a copy of the contract you signed and
automatically the deposit will go into my account;

• The contract will be signed and completed after you check everything!

• If you do not find my place exactly as described, you must contact the company;

• Their courier will return to your door, you have to return the package and you will get the
full amount back in cash on the same day;

• I will pay for the services provided by the company, so there is no additional cost to you.
