9. Open each mock emails and read:
10. Check the format and the texts used since these mock emails will be used as reference for
the exercises or exams on Client Writing Style 2.1:
11. After reading the mock emails, scroll down / browse lectures then sa bandang ibaba, click
NEXT:
12. Scroll down / browse lectures, click the voice memo and listen carefully to the instructions of
Matthew Mead:
13. After listening to the voice memo, open and read the mock emails below since these are
related and will be used as reference for the exercises or exams on Pre-drafting 2.2:
14. Close the tab of Inbox Management Guide, go back to Inbox Management Assessment and
click CONTINUE.
15. To proceed with the exams, click CONTINUE.
16. To answer the exercises on Client Writing Style 2.1, click CONTINUE.
NOTE: Choose the correct answer, words, phrases or sentence and do not stick to the
