Fiduciary: -

Employers:

i) The employers must administer and make decisions concerning the interests of the
employees. This is the duty of the employers to take care of the employees.
ii) The employers must disclose all relevant information to the employees. The pieces of
information those are essential for employees to play their role in the Companies

Employees:

i) The employees should act in the best interest of the companies. using the equipment
provided by the companies for work purpose, not personal purposes
ii) The employees should never share the trade secrets of the Company with any others.

2. Respect:

Employers:

i) The employers should create a respectful environment for the employees this will create
a positive work environment.
ii) Employers should avoid making assumptions regarding the capabilities of an employee,
that is what one employee can or cannot do.

Employees:

i) Employees should respect the policies of the company and adhere to them.
ii) Employees should respect the employer and other employees or coworkers.

3. Responsibility

Employers:

i) Make sure that work areas are safe, pieces of machinery and all the equipment are
working properly, and are safe to use.
ii) Make sure that employees are provided with information and instructions regarding
potential hazards.

Employees:

i) An employee should always cooperate with their employer concerning safety, health,
and welfare at work.
ii) It is the responsibility of an employee to not participate in any improper conduct, and
use the machines and tools properly in the workplace.

4. Fairness:

Employers:
i) To provide fair pay to all employees.
ii) To have transparent promotions.

Employees:

i) Employees should always encourage mutual respect and fair competition.


ii) Reach out to help other colleagues and produce better work.

5. Transparency:

Employers:

i) Clear communication regarding performance, goals, and expectations.


ii) Transparent about the growth opportunities in a company.

Employees:

i) Encourage and accept the feedback that comes from employers.


ii) Being upfront and honest about the challenges an employee faces, and accepting the
mistakes one made without hesitation.

6. Confidentiality:

Employers:

i) The privacy of the medical records of employees.


ii) The employer should never disclose any private information of employees.

Employees:

i) The employees should not disclose any confidential information such as client data.
ii) The employees should refrain from using any confidential information for personal gain.

7. Reliability:

Employer:

i) The employers are honest and give true feedback.


ii) The employers always support the employees in hard phases or situations.

Employees:

i) All employees should show up for work on time, be punctual


ii) Complete the tasks, assignments, and projects on time and fulfill all promises.
