We will again be taking part in the annual Inter-faith Harmony Day. Tables gaily decorated by many faith communities with art, information, sacred items, and food. A stage with performances of music, dances, skits, poetry and a panel discussion. A family-friendly afternoon of connection and fun, not preaching, debating, or recruiting. All are welcome with free admission.

Saturday, January 30th, 3pm. onwards. Fun, food and music will feature at the much anticipated Grand Opening of the new OMNI Center Bennett House. Its an open house with food, beverages, and entertainment from the great peace musicians who are part of the OMNI organization. Art works from local artists will also be on display. The open house will be arranged so that groups and teams working on particular issues will be scheduled through the afternoon to host the event. OMNI hope people will come and visit their friends during the times they host, find out about projects, and join in some of them. Thanks are given to all Friends who have given their support to OMNI Center over the years and they sure hope youll enjoy coming to visit and celebrate their new venue. A schedule of hosts will be published soon. It promises to be great fun.

The book of Faith and Practice is just what it appears to be, a guide to how we practice our faith drawn from the experience of Quakers. Over the next few months we will spend some second hours considering the guidance it gives. Copies are available free of charge to members and attenders.
