Introduction
As each department plays an important role like that only the shop floor also play a crucial role. Imagine an organization without shop floor then in that organization, who would be there to maintain housekeeping? Who would be cleaning wash rooms? Who would be there to bring water to the employees? Who would be taking care about small things in the organization which only as we call blue- collared does? Who would be driving vehicles for the company? And mainly who would be doing the physical jobs for the productions houses? The answers to the above questions are the shop floor employees. Without them none of the above work would be done. So we can clearly state that the shop floor employees plays an important role in keeping the atmosphere of the organization clean and healthy, to achieve the targets of the production houses, to transport various goods and many other things. No organization can overlook the work done by shop floor employees. Satisfaction of such employees is very much important in the context of any organization. Organization might be dealing with lakhs and cores of rupees, but if they are unable to control this part of organization then their sustenance might be difficult. So just to know what the shop floor employees expect from the organization and try to satisfy them in context to their expectation would be good in terms of organization and also in terms of good result from them. So by this we can conclude that shop floor employees also matters to the employees. Thus the organization has to take care of shop floor employees satisfaction level.

Objective
The objectives of this survey are as follows: y To know what are the satisfaction elements of the shop floor employees.

To know the current satisfaction level of these employees. To know their view regarding the atmosphere of the company. We could know the way how employees are treating these shop floor employees. To know their expectations from the organization.

Methodology
Method used to conduct survey would be simple in the form of questions. Several easy questions regarding the satisfaction of shop floor employees would be asked, employees relation with their seniors and various other related questions would be included in the questionnaire. There are almost 65 employees in Eliokem Pvt. Ltd. For ground level employees so as to make them feel comfortable the question would be converted into their mother tongue language. It would be tried that no one would be left out while the survey is been conducted. Questions would be asked to one person at a time and details provided by that particular employee would not be disclosed in front of any other employee. It would be kept in mind that the questions would be easy to answer, as every employee has to answer it according to how they feel personally about that question. It would be tried that employees feel comfortable while answering the question. After all questions are been answered, the answer given by the employees are to be analyzed in a proper manner without any discrimination and the suggestion given by them are to be given a thought. If their suggestions given by the employees are feasible or could be done then it would be brought in front of the human resource department. Finally if I have any personal recommendation then those would also be presented in front of H.R.D. and if the department feels right about those suggestions then it s all up to them.
