(c). Below is a diagram showing the 3-layered schema of the DBMS:

(i) External Level:

External Level refers to different views seen by each user of the database.

It means that each user of the database has his/her own view of the database.

(ii) Conceptual Level:

The Conceptual Level is an abstract representation of the whole data.

It also describes what type of data is stored in the database and what relationship

exist among the data.

(iii) Internal Level:

The Internal Level is the physical representation of the database on the computer.

It also describes how the data is stored in the database on the physical media and

the structure used for storage of data.
