Contract Agreement for University Application and Visa Assistance Services

This Agreement is entered into on this ____ day of ______, 2025, by and between:

Learninitaly, hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider",


_________________, hereinafter referred to as "Client".

WHEREAS the Service Provider specializes in providing support and assistance in


university applications and visa acquisition;
AND WHEREAS the Client seeks to receive such services from the Service Provider.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to assist the Client in the following:

● Applying to universities selected by the service provider.


● Providing ongoing support throughout the application process.
● Assisting in securing a visa for the Client upon acceptance into the university.

2. Payment Structure
The Client agrees to make the following payments to the Service Provider for the services
rendered:

● 30,000 Birr: Due at the start of the process, to account for preliminary efforts.
● 30,000 Birr: Due upon acceptance into the university by the Client.
● 70,000 Birr: Due after the Client receives the visa.

All payments are non-refundable and are for the time and effort dedicated to applying to
universities and assisting in securing the visa.

3. Additional Terms
● Service Provider's Role: The Service Provider is not acting as an agent of the
Client but is providing expert support and advice in the university application and visa
process.
● Client’s Responsibility: The Client agrees to provide all necessary documents and
information promptly to ensure the timely progress of the application and visa
procedures.
● Immediate Action: Applications are open, and the Client agrees to proceed with the
next steps immediately following the signing of this contract.

4. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice, but the Client will
remain liable for all payments made and for any additional work completed by the Service
Provider up until the termination date.
5. Agreement Acknowledgment
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined
in this Agreement.
