MAKE THEIR PARENTS ALSO A PARTY, IF THE STUDENT’S AGE IS BELOW 18 HEREIN
REFERRED AS THIRD PARTY.

The above parties agree on the below-mentioned terms and conditions of the Service Agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE AGREEMENT:-

Eurodreams Eduverseas Private Limited situated in Indore, M.P. provides consultation/student
counseling/helps in admission process/scholarship/visa to the students globally especially in Italy, Europe
which is referred as the first party in the said agreement. The Eurodreams Eduverseas Private Limited will
make sure to the students that all services provided will be of good quality, in conformance with the
highest standards of the profession and in conformance with this Service Agreement.

That, the students and their parents have understood all the terms and conditions of the
above organization and nothing is hidden as per.

Company agrees to perform the following services: services for admission, scholarship and
visa in a timely, expeditious and professional manner and also provide document attestation by gazetted
officers. In the event of any conflicts between the Agreement and any of the terms of the agreement, the
terms of this Agreement shall prevail. Company represents and acknowledges the Services performed
under this Agreement.

The first party will make sure to provide services of highest standards optimum quality and
to provide best services to the students with professionalism in conformance with this agreement.

The first party assists the second party in getting the above mentioned services abroad. It is
vital to mention that the acceptance to a good education institution/branch can sometimes be influenced by
previous academic records of which second and the third party is already aware while signing this service
agreement.

Those who have enrolled for Euro dreams Eduverseas Private Limited are aware that due to late sessions,
a rush of students, or other unforeseen situations, processing admissions can take up to 7 months.

The students entering into agreement with the first party are aware of the fact that
processing of admission in universities/colleges will take up to 6-7months due to rush of students, session
late or due to any other uncertain reasons.
 The approval and rejection of a visa totally depends on the
application/qualifications/performance of the second party. In the case of visa rejection student may
reapply in the premium lounge.

2. SCHOLARSHIPS AND EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS:

The organization attempts/all its best efforts to get you a scholarship and will assist you in
getting admission, but both parties should realize that getting a scholarship, obtaining a scholarship or
being granted a scholarship totally depends on the scholarship organization in Italy.

It is known to all those students who are being awarded the scholarship will get the other
benefits like fee concessions and accommodations and other essential educational benefits as per the plan.

Scholarship documents must be prepared by students.

3. MODIFICATIONS:

This agreement may not be supplemented, amended, or modified by any of the parties. No
supplement, amendment, or modification of this Agreement shall be binding unless it is in writing and
signed and mutually agreed by all the parties.

4. SERVICE CHARGES:

In accordance with the administration rules, the second and the third party are
aware/informed when required through email, Whatsapp /call for depositing the service charges as per the
package availed. In case of non-payment of fee/service charges late fee charges will be imposed.

In addition, the first and the second party promise to pay/agree to pay even the last
installment by the month of August. Any delay in paying any/last installment will be at the responsibility
of the second and the third parties who may also cause delay/obstruct the admission process.

The second and third party are aware of the fact that they are required to bear the visa
application expenses and expense for documentation of scholarships.

Receiving the credentials from the first party is subject to only when the entire processing
fee is deposited.

In case of producing any application on behalf of the students it is required by him to pay
the fees for the same.

With the receipt of the second installment only acceptance/admission letters will be
sent/shared with the students/parents.

This fee structure remains the same till January 23, 2024 may be subject to increase
thereafter.

The fees charged from the students (second party), parents (third party) for the opted
packages Rs.1, 20,000 (one lakhs twenty thousand).

All services must be taken in whole by registered students; individual services cannot be offered.
 5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

That, while the process of acquiring admission in the college/universities amounts to

various expenses and service charges like assessment of profile of students, assisting in drafting, letter of
motivation, statement of purpose/HRD attestation etc. which is utilized from the fees paid by the second
and the third party which also includes the service charges of the same. In that case any results or outcome,
the fee is non-refundable/non- transferable/not-redeemable at any stage of the process.

That, the second party (student) agrees and is aware that while applying for admissions in
various universities and in different courses after applying if the student do not communicate/respond/reply
to the authorized representatives of the first party then the responsibility of the losses/damages incurred out
of this non-communication will be of second and the third party.

In the case of rejection of visa to the students who paid , all the installments will only be
charged documentation and admission charges for next year’s application.

In cases where a visa is rejected due to the late payment by the student/second party, in
such cases, the total fees of all the four installments is to be paid by the second and the third party to the
first party.

According to company policy, personal reasons, health problems, accidental causes, death
reasons, and family situations will not be eligible for refunds.

6. REQUIREMENT/DOCUMENTATION/SERVICES

The candidate must complete the HRD from the state capital, which will be handled by the
higher education department on her own.

Any further updates from the embassy will not be held liable by Euro dreams Eduverseas Private
Limited.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement including its attachments hereto constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties
with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous oral
and written negotiations, commitments, agreements, warranties, representations and
understandings. This Agreement will not be altered, amended, modified, or supplemented
except in a written document executed by the Parties.

8. COORDINATION AND CONSULTATION:

The Parties will coordinate the performance of their respective activities hereunder and will
establish such procedures as they shall mutually agree to be effective for achieving the purposes
of this Agreement and allowing each of them to perform its obligations and exercise its rights
under this Agreement.

9. INTERPRETATION:
The Parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the terms and provisions of this Agreement, will
be construed fairly as to all Parties hereto and not in favor of or against a Party, regardless of
which Party was generally responsible for the preparation of this Agreement.
10. FORCE MAJEURE:
Notwithstanding any other sections of this Agreement, no Party will be liable for any delay in
performance or inability to perform (except for payments due hereunder) due to acts of God or
due to war, riot, terrorism, civil war, embargo, fire, flood, explosion, sabotage, accident, labor
strike, Internet outage or other acts beyond its reasonable control and unrelated to its fault or
negligence.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Any claim, dispute or difference relating to or arising out of this Agreement shall be referred to
the arbitration of a sole arbitrator. The arbitration shall be subject to the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 as may be amended from time to time. The seat and venue of
arbitration shall be Indore. The proceedings shall be undertaken in English. The arbitration
award shall be final and binding on the parties.
