IAP: Inspection Assignment Package provided by contractor to contractor assigned


inspector contains all documents including MR.
MR: MATERIAL REQUISITION. Contains all equipment they need. Separate MR sent
to the respective vendor. Vendors accept part of MR TM that they can deliver and
quotes PO.ISS is part of MR.
ISS: INSTRUMENT SPECIFICATION SHEET: contains all detailed specification of
perticular equipment.
INSPECTION LEVEL AND FOCUS ASSESSMENT all included in MR
MR and ISS are both prepared by Contractor and approved by Aramco.
VDRL: Vendor Document Register List
ASME Stamp: U for Vessel, UV for Valves

NMR 601: Preliminary documentslike GA. Mandatory for PIM.


NMR 602: Detailed documents , don't know exactly when should get approved
NMR 603: Mainly inspection reports and MRB , vendor will submit 14 days after final
dispatch. Main contractor shall submit this along with IDE* to Aramco within 1 month
