Site feasibility survey has been done on 01.02.2025 against Application ID No. CR-NGP-2024-
WL-221 and following observation being as below:
1. Pipeline crossing to be made from 21 mtrs distance from EP no. 821/19A
2. HCGNPL will be submit the Trenchless execution methodology of crossing to
authority before execution.
3. HCGNPL will be submit the drawing of crossing with proper demarcations of EP,
ROW limit, crossing point of pipeline with distance from marked EP.
4. HCGNPL will be inform to Authority about caution period @ 75 KMPH minimum
during execution of crossing with prior information of one week.
5. HCGNPL ensure to make pit min distance 2 mtrs on both side from ROW boundary
of Central Railway.
6. HCGNPL ensure to make install the warning marker on both side of central railway
boundary limit for identification the pipeline crossing.
7. Central railway delegates confirmed the Tele cable location at crossing point and
HCGNPL ensure to take care of the same during execution.
8. OFC cable passing parallel to track during execution of work care should be taken.
9. All guideline for laying of Gas Pipeline as per RDSO - BS 105 Oct-2009 to be followed
during execution of work.
