Good Day!
I am Seth Andrew T. Barredo, a 5th year student from the University of Santo Tomas
College of Architecture, working on my undergraduate thesis, tentatively titled, “The
Urban Mountain Resort “.
With the focus of my thesis leaning towards the tourism sector and with it to be placed
hypothetically in Las Piñas, I would love to request an interview with you, or with those
who will be able to accommodate me with this request on your behalf. With my thesis, I
recognize that your knowledge and experience being the Tourism Chief in Las Piñas, will
greatly help my research for the Urban Mountain Resort that I plan on designing. With
this, I wish to request an online meeting with you or a representative on September 11,
2024 (Wednesday), you may also schedule the meeting at your own convenience. We
can also have the meeting face to face if that would be a better option for you as well.
The said date and time are flexible according to what best suits your available schedule.
My undergraduate thesis focuses on designing an urban mountain resort in metro manila,
the project aims to (1) provide a leisure facility that would accommodate residents to
enhance their urban experience. The resort aims to (2) bring nature closer to the city as
part of its concept to help promote mental and physical wellness to its users. It also aims
to (3) help in educating residents by promoting less carbon emission travel and by
encouraging environmental restoration programs through its facilities and promoting
other sustainable practices therein. And lastly it (4) aims to provide livelihood
opportunities for the locals in the community.
For any questions regarding the interview and my thesis, please feel free to respond to

I hope for your kind consideration regarding this request for an online interview. If you
accept, I will provide the questions I hope to discuss with you to help better prepare the
flow of the meeting interview. Thank you very much.
