Good Day!
We are a graduating students of Ateneo de Naga University, undertaking BS Civil Engineering.
As part of the requirement of our course, we are conducting a research project entitled
Comprehensive Development Plan of Infrastructure and Utilities of Naga City. This project
aims to improve Naga City in terms of the infrastructure particularly transportation, drainages
and waterline systems. In this study, we are going to evaluate the current situation of traffic,
drainage systems and waterline systems of the 27 barangays. Prior to undertaking this study and
for its fulfilment, an environmental scanning will be conducted to assure the accuracy of the data
and information needed. The respondents for this interview will be the head of the concerned
offices. The purpose of this interview is to: (1) verify the past and current development of
________, and (2) know any insights about any project that you think will help your office about
further development of _________.
We can assure you that we will make every effort to ensure that any data collected will remain
confidential. We are applying for the study from the Ateneo de Naga University, College of
