We, the undersigned are 3rd year students taking up Bachelor of Science in
Information Technology of St. John Paul II College of Davao and are currently
enrolled in IT33 Software engineering subject. As part of the requirements of the
said subject, we are tasked to conduct a study on the processes and workflow of the
different offices in the locality and come up with a computerized solution of the
manual transactions of the chosen organization.
We have chosen your office as the subject of our study and this connection, we
would like to ask permission from you and to allow us to conduct interviews on the
transactions present in your office. The data collected will be used as basis for the
analysis and design of the computerized system that we are going to proposed. The
duration of the study will be from December 2015 until March 2016.
