Dear Sir:
On November 19th, I purchased a Razer Blade 16 laptop from your store, order
number #999126. The total cost, including shipping, was $1299. I received the
laptop on November 30th.

I am writing to inform you that the product arrived in a damaged box. Upon
further inspection, I discovered that the laptop’s battery was malfunctioning, the
operating system was not installed properly, and the battery itself was damaged.
It is important to note that I have not used the laptop in any way that could have
caused these defects. On November 31st, I submitted the required reports
through your website, but I have yet to receive any acknowledgment.

As a loyal customer, I request a free return and full refund of $1299 for this laptop.
I have provided my receipt and a video illustrating the product’s malfunction. If
this issue is not addressed, I will have no alternative but to forward this evidence
to the appropriate authorities.
