* Talk about your experience on a local tour you have taken

I took a city sightseeing tour of my hometown, exploring its historical landmarks,

and local food. We visited a number of places such as: lotus village, Mrs. Hoang
Thi Loan's grave, Kim Lien relic site,... I travel with family members. Tour price
includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, hotel and other services. Coming here, we
visited Uncle Ho's house, walked around the lotus pond, and visited Mr. Hoang Thi
Loan's grave. When we came here, we experienced local cuisine such as: steamed
rice roll, soy sauce, veal salad…and I really enjoyed this tour.
* Talk about a famous dish in your country
Pho is the most popular dish among the Vietnamese society (sờ sai ờ ti). There are
2 types of pho: beef noodle soup and chicken noodle soup. It is made of beef, beef
broth(brot), rice noodles. Pho Bo uses beef broth and that is made by the stewing
of a cow bones(bôns) in a large pot for quite some time. The noodle itself is made
from varieties(vờ roai ờ ti) of rice. Pho is normally topped with numerous(niu rớt)
herbs like: lime, bean sprout, mint, basil, green onions, and other vegetables. This
dish is absolutely(áp sâu lút li) refreshing and warming for the soul(so). With the
brutal cold, pho was home of the North. Pho is normally eaten for breakfast, but
many of people eat at lunch, or dinner.
* talk about a time when you experienced some problems with food quality and
food service
During a dinner at a local seafood restaurant, I encountered several instances(in từn
sựt) of unsatisfactory(ăn sác đờ fác tờ ri) food quality and service. Upon arrival, we
were greeted by waiter and seated at a table. when the food is brought up, grilled
calamari(ca lơ mơ ri) is overcooked and tough. The vegetables accompanying were
wilted(wiu tựt) and lacking flavor(phờ lây vờ). When I politely expressed my
concerns(cờn sơn) to the waiter, he ignore it. To address the poor service, I
requested a refund for the unsatisfactory(ăn sác đờ fác tờ ri) dishes and a
sincere(sừn si ờ) apology from the management. This incident not only left a
negative dining experience but also raised concerns about the restaurant's food
quality and accountability.
* Present a profile for a job interview
My name is Minh. I am 22 years old. I would like to apply for the position of
receptionist in your hotel. I am careful, responsible and always put customers first.
I like working in a diverse (đai vơs) environment and have the ability to work well

University of Industry with a major in hotel management. I have experience in
organizing tours, managing hotels and interacting with customers. I have the ability

communicate well with customers and colleagues. I know how to prioritize (pai o

The Lunar New Year is celebrated(se lờ bờ rây đựt) on the first day of the first
lunar month every year in Vietnam. On this occasion, almost all people gather at
their family homes to prepare traditional meals, decorate their houses, and pray to
their ancestors(en set tờ). In fact, there are various traditions during Vietnamese

great time for family reunion(ri iu niền). Peach blossoms and kumquat trees are
common in the North while people in the South prefer(pờ pơ) yellow blossom
trees. In addition to, giving lucky money to the old and the young is one of the

Lim Festival opens annually on around 12th - 13th day of the first lunar month in
the year. The festival takes place in Noi Due Commune, Lien Bao Commune and
Lim Town in Tien Du District, Bac Ninh Province. The incense-offering liturgy
expresses gratitude and respect of the locals for him, and is also an occasion to
