Abstract Logitech is a global provider of electronically items especially in computer fields.

However they are looking to invest in telemedicine product. This report will reviews and discusses Innovation Management in telemedicine. Company profile Logitech co-founded in Switzerland in 1981 by Daniel Borel and Pierluigi Zappacosta. The company strategy is focusing on innovation and quality. Logitech aim is to keep cost low with high quality to insure attracting the customers. Total employees are 11,000, the company Revenue in 2010 is 2.4 billion and the profit is 124 million. (Logitech, 2011).

1.0 Introduction
According to Dr.Andrew Graley, Telemedicine is a rapidly growing field of clinical medicine, where medical information is transferred through internet or live, interactive media such as videoconferencing for advice, and sometimes surgical procedures remotely or examination. According to Dr. Jon Linkous (2009) clarify that many countries have been investing millions of dollars in the development of telemedicine services and networks. However, Asia has more opportunity to develop and invest in this technology rather than Africa; the reason is the presence of infrastructure is advance.

2.0 Value Creation


Types of telemedicine: first, called store and forward, is used to take ( store ) a digital image, then send it ('forwarded') to another location by computer. It used in non-emergent situations such as taking x-ray and CT scans (Nancy Brown, 2011). The second common one is: two-way interactive television (IATV).it is using the video conversation 'face-to-face' to connect patient, or more commonly a nurse or doctor coordinators or any combination of the three (Nancy, Andrew). Moreover, the low cost of the internet leads to spread the real-time conferencing technology in several countries and between numerous of medical centers, clinics and hospitals (world health origination). There are several Competitors offers telemedicine solutions such as: Cisco, Polycom, Randberg, AMD and Radiant. To involve in this field, Logitech Company acquired a company called Life size . In additional, this new department offering High Definition Videoconferencing and phone communication , they also focusing in four part of value proposition, Innovation & Creativity, Trust & Integrity, LifeSize Citizenship, Service First.
