According to Dr.Andrew Graley, Telemedicine is a rapidly growing field of clinical medicine, where medical information is transferred through internet or live, interactive media such as videoconferencing for advice, and sometimes surgical procedures remotely or examination. According to Dr. Jon Linkous (2009) clarify that many countries have been investing millions of dollars in the development of telemedicine services and networks. However, Asia has more opportunity to develop and invest in this technology rather than Africa; the reason is the presence of infrastructure is advance.
