Rules and etiquettes to follow:
• Please be right on time of your slot to have the best celebration experience with us.
• All the details that you mentioned in the single message after booking a slot are nal. Your
slot will be booked based on the details that you provided. Café is not responsible if you
mention any wrong details.
• Access to TV, music and games will be given only if you book a hall. Customers who book a
table doesn't have access to all of these, as this might create disturbance to the other
customers in the common area.
• Customer booking a single table should not create any kind of inconvenience while
celebrating, to the other customers around you.
• Café is not responsible to extend the slot if the customer doesn't come right on time.
• Extension in slot timings should be informed to the management beforehand. No sudden
extension of time-slot is acceptable.
• All the properties provided as part of your celebration are for rent, customers are not allowed
to take any items from the café, other than your personal belongings and food items.
• Customer should pay if they damage any properties or furniture in the café during
celebration.
• Alcohol and smoking is neither provided nor allowed inside the café.
• Any kind of outside food or drinks is not allowed inside the café, including the cake unless
it's customized or other special reasons, and it should be informed to the management at
the time of booking.
• No partypoppers, snowsprays,smokeguns, or any kind of reworks are allowed inside the
café, due to safety issues.
• If you book a hall, you will be having access to television and music, but the volume should
not exceed the limit which disturbs other people in the complex.
• Please place all the games back in the game zone after you're done using them.
• Do not throw or rub the cake on sofas, walls, furniture etc.
• Damaging the decor, popping the balloons, and taking away the balloons or any decor
material is strictly prohibited, and you will be charged accordingly.
• The maximum people allowed for private parties is up to 20. café is not responsible if a
group exceeds 20 people.Extra 500/- will be charged per extra person.
• Try to place all your food orders before an hour of your slot end time.

• Please pack and wrap up everything at least before ve minutes of your slot end time.
• Please treat all the employees with respect any kind of abuse towards the employees will
lead to strict action.
• If you book the last slot 10 PM to 12 AM, the maximum extension is only up to 12:15 AM.
Please make sure that it doesn't exceed.
• Please take care of your kids in the café ,If they get hurt in the process of damaging any
furniture or glass in the café, management is not responsible.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies:
• If the café management cancels your slot without any prior notice, then you will be receiving
a complete refund.
• Please contact management for any rescheduling of your slot and reschedule is possible,
only if your desired slot is available.
• Rescheduling slot is possible only once.
• If you want to cancel your slot because of any reason, before minimum 15 days of the
event,you will be receiving 50% refund of your advance payment.
• If you cancel the slot before less than 15 days of the event, you won't be getting any refund
and you should pay the remaining balance amount of your package cause we will be paying
full amount to decorators and bakers by then.
• If you contact management to cancel your slot and doesn't respond with any updated
decision in the next two days, your slot will be automatically cancelled.
• If you want to extend your slot, please con rm while booking your slot. Sudden extension
may not be possible if other customers already booked the next slot.
• We doesn't extend your slot if you arrive late to the Café than your slot timings.
