Sub: Requset to take necessary action against wrongly deducted amount.

Dear Sir,

We, Debasish Bhattacharya and Kakali Bhattacharya are a joint account holder in your bank,
want to inform you that, on 04.04.2024 an amount of Rs. 118 has been deducted from our joint
Account number - 7740819017, and the termology used for this transaction is “DUP PASSBOOK PR
Rs. 118.00” .

Now when we visited to the bank and asked the concerend authority about this transaction
they told us that a duplicate passbook has been issued against this above mentined joint account,
but as per our knowledge no duplicate passbook has been issued against this account till now. We
have stated this fact to the banking officials and they have asked us to give the details in written.

So we are writing this letter to your end and requesting you to take necessary steps on this
regard with all the relevant documents.
