SUB: Amount deducted from my account

I have been a sincere account holder at your bank bearing account t month,a sum of
Rs. 8000 was incorrectly deducted from my savings account on). I claim a refund for the
same.

I attempted to withdraw this amount from an ATM of your bank located at the below
mentioned address.

Address of the ATM:

The transaction was not completed and no cash came out of the slot. I received an error
message instead that said: “your transaction could not be completed at this time”. The
man in charge of that ATM also confirmed that the system was undergoing some
issues. Recently, as I went to update my passbook, I found the amount was debited on
the same day via ATM. and refund the amount back into my account. I would be grateful
if this could be done without further delay as I am undergoing a financial trouble these
days due to recessive business.
