Dear Amazon Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is [Muhammad Ahmad], and I am writing to you
regarding the deactivation of my Amazon account ([xperiencemebusiness@gmail.com])
approximately four months ago.

Upon investigating the issue, I discovered that the account linked to mine belonged to me.
About seven months ago, I inadvertently created an account (Email: sherryriddle00@gmail.com)
that I never actively used. This account was later deactivated as it was a mistake on my part.
Unfortunately, during the creation of my current account ([xperiencemebusiness@gmail.com]), it
got linked to the previously created account due to shared credit information, address, and IP
address.

Upon consulting with an Account Health Specialist, I was informed that in order to reactivate my
current account, I would need to either close or reinstate the mistakenly created account.
Consequently, I submitted a request on Amazon.com to close the previously created account in
its deactivated state. Regrettably, this action has left me without access to that account.

I have attached a screenshot where Amazon states that they couldn't find the account
associated with the email address sherryriddle00@gmail.com. The Account Health Specialist
also mentioned that my account was linked to multiple other accounts named Cheap Hut LTD
and Glamour World384, with email addresses sherryriddle00@gmail.com and
glamourworld384@gmail.com respectively. All of these accounts were closed as per my request
to Amazon.

I understand the complexity of the situation and the inconvenience it may cause. I assure you
that this was an unintended mistake, and I deeply regret the confusion and stress it has caused.
I have no access to the closed accounts, and without reactivation of my current account, I am
unable to address this matter further.

Here are some points to consider:

1. **No Access to Linked Accounts:** As my accounts have been closed, I no longer have
access to them. Reactivating my current account will not pose any future issues.

2. **Mistaken Deactivation:** The deactivation of my current account was a result of an


unintentional mistake when closing the linked accounts. I am keen on rectifying this situation
promptly.

3. **Resolution Benefits Amazon:** Reactivating my account will ensure continued business


with Amazon. I have been a loyal customer and intend to maintain this relationship.
