account was suspended from selling privileges on November 11, 2022. The reason for the account

deactivation is that Amazon believes that my account is associated with another account. After my

investigation, the account associated with my account is indeed known to me. He belongs to my

friend Xiongxiong Su and does not belong to me, and I have always had only one Amazon account.

I think the reason why the two accounts are linked is because Xiongxiong Su is a shareholder of my

company. Now I have solved the problem, please check my note below.

My friend Su Xiongxiong is a college student who graduated soon and used to sign up for an

Amazon account during his college years. However, due to lack of experience, his account

registration was not completed. After his graduation, I met him by chance. We registered the

company together and he acted as a shareholder of the company. I am sorry that our actions violated

Amazon's affiliation policy. Because, he had registered for an Amazon seller account and now as a

shareholder of my company. That's why the accounts are associated.

As soon as I received the notice that the account had been suspended, I removed Su Xiongxiong as

a shareholder. From now on, he will no longer be a shareholder in our company. Please refer to the
