1. What is considered "beautiful" or "handsome"?
Ans. Beautiful and handsome are both different concepts. Beauty is wider aspect i.e., cultural,
historical and social factors. and handsome is always focussed on body structure i.e., looks,
appearance etc.
Another aspect is that term "handsome" is almost exclusively used to describe males; in fact, calling
someone a "handsome woman" might be seen as a derogatory term.
In everyday speech, the word "beautiful" is not as gendered, albeit "beautiful woman" is more
prevalent than "beautiful man." ``
2. Is your self-esteem affected by your size or shape?
Ans. No, my self esteem doesn’t get affected with size or shape of my body. Because I know self
esteem would be nourished with the help of true knowledge not with body shape or structure. If
someone has true knowledge about life then he/she would never thought objective things.
3. Do you or did you engage in any "practices" (special diets, exercise, use of supplements, etc.)
to alter your body shape in order to meet the standard "ideal" of physical beauty?
Ans. Yes, I do engage in physical activity where I daily go to gym not for making my body as an idol
of physical beauty but for the concern of the health. My spiritual teachers taught us of healthy mind
lives in a healthy body. If your body is fit or healthy enough then how could my mind be enough
capable of coping up with outer problems.
4. How much time, money, and energy do you devote to making yourself "beautiful" /

teachings which are totally free.

“Ankit” has completed 75 hard challenge and became India’s first person to achieve this target and
his body also influence me a lot.

Ans. According to me beauty is a subjective idea that is determined more by human tastes, sentiments,

cultures and individuals, so what one person considers attractive could not be the same for another.
The general impression of beauty tends to vary significantly, however there may be certain cultural or
socioeconomic influences that define beauty standards within a particular group. One's perception of
beauty is shaped by a variety of factors, including upbringing, cultural background, personal
experiences, and personal preferences.
9. Do you find physical health is more, less or just as important as mental health?

Ans. A person's self-perception can be influenced by their personal fragrance. A favourable self-
image and increased self-confidence can result from wearing a pleasing fragrance. However, bad
body odour might make one feel self-conscious and negatively about themselves. Body odour and
fragrance can influence how other people view a person. Good smells are frequently connected to
hygiene and cleanliness, which enhances one's reputation in society. However, unpleasant body odour
can cause social discomfort and unfavourable opinions.
