    Senior High Wednesday Night

    Isaiah 55:8-9
    "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. Let Us Pray:
    As an effort to gain some Synergy with what the rest of NMC, we are focusing on Prayer this month. Here are some ways that you can integrate it into your small group times from small group leaders! SHARE-WRITE-EXCHANGE-TAKE IT HOME This is a great idea for those groups that are a bit more quiet. Each person shares what they need prayer for and writes it down on a card. Index card is fine. They then exchange it with someone in the group. That person then takes the card home and prays for them throughout the week. What a great way to extend Wednesday Night Small groups outside of the Wednesday Night experience! PRAY SCRIPTURE Take a few minutes and have each person find a passage of Scripture that contains a promise or a verse that resonates with where the small group is. Then, each person prays that passage over the group simply by reading it.

    For 9th/10th Small Group Time:


    Heres some fun discussion questions that could help you get to know your students a little better and set up well for the creative arc of our series: 1. Tell of a time that it was difficult to understand a situation or the way that a person was communicating. 2. What is a situation that many people didnt understand why it was happening? 3. What is the most recent situation where #3 was true? 4. What do you do when you dont understand what is going on?

    Turn in your attendance sheets: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Be sure to get your attendance sheets turned in down in the Fieldhouse after groups. Its very valuable in helping us track whos here. Stories & Songs: We are going to be hosting a Stories & Songs the week after Fanning the Flame. So we need your stories! If you know of a great story that is inside your small group students, send it to us! We want to hear it!
