Sentences - Zdania twierdzące
+ Verb (niezmieniony czasownik)+O (reszta zdania).
Exception: He/She/It do czasownika dodajemy końcówkę -s/-es/-ies.
KOŃCÓWKI i “to be” - czyli IMPORTANT THINGS
Trudno wymówić czasownik, który kończy się na „syczącą” spółgłoskę, gdybyśmy
dodali do niego tylko -s. Końcówka -es ułatwia wymowę
Example: watch - watches go - goes wash - washes
Jeśli czasownik kończy się na -y wstawiamy -ies.
Jeżeli głównym czasownikiem jest to be, musimy zapomnieć o do/does
Have - I/You/We/You/They Has - He/She/It
Questions - Pytania
Do + 🧍+ Verb (czasowniki w niezmienionej formie) + O (reszta zdania)?
Exception: Does + he/she/it + Verb (czasowniki w niezmienionej formie) + O
(reszta zdania)?
Negative form - Przeczenia
Do + not + 🧍+ Verb (czasowniki w niezmienionej formie) + O (reszta zdania).
Short form (krótka forma): Do not - Don’t
Exception: Does + not + he/she/it + Verb (czasowniki w niezmienionej formie)
+ O (reszta zdania).
Short form (krótka forma): Does not - Doesn’t.
Charakterystyczne określenia czasu:
Always, Never, Usually, Often, Sometimes, Every Week, Every month, Every
year, Everyday.
When to use? - Kiedy używać:
gdy mówimy o nawykach, faktach które zawsze są prawdziwe, rozkładach
(autobusów, telewizyjnych, etc.)
